General advice:
  • Payment method 100% in advance applies for deliveries outside of Germany. After a personal agreement, we also accept a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due latest before the goods leave our premises.
  • If you collect the goods, you can pay in our store with cash or with an EC cash card.
  • Please be aware that a deposit has to be made prior to us ordering any items we do not stock.
Further advice for payment methods:

    Please be aware that when paying outstanding payments via cash on delivery that the maximum cash on delivery value of €3,000 is not exceeded. Should the balance be higher then the difference must be paid latest before the goods leave our site.

    Payment via cash on delivery is only applicable within Germany and only for stock items which are additionally marked with "cash on delivery". Furthermore to pay with cash on delivery, ALL items on the order must be applicable for cash on delivery i.e. fulfil the previously mentioned criteria.
    A forwarding fee of 2.00 Euros will be charged by the delivery service DHL (not charged if the parcel cannot be delivered) which the customer has to pay directly to the delivery service.

Instantaneous water heater with good temperature comfort and continuous temperature setting of approx. 30°C to 60°C with application symbols. Suitable to supply one or more connections such as washbasin, shower, kitchen sink. With rapid control electronics for high level of temperature stability. Suitable for private or public places. Elegant design with an installation depth of just 93 mm. Resistant to lime-scale as the heating coil lies directly in water. An electronic air bubble sensor as well as a diagnosing system and wide range safety system in case of errors are also integrated. The power is supplied via a permanent installation.
