Vor der Bestellung musste ich mich vor Ort erst einmal versichern, welche Firma sich hinter dem professionellen Internetauftritt verbirgt. Bin auch in der Ausstellung fasziniert gewesen. Ein tolles Ambiente. So habe ich dann bestellt und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Denn wir haben mehrere Bäder bei Ihnen bestellt und es funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Vielen Dank.
General advice:
- Payment method 100% in advance applies for deliveries outside of Germany. After a personal agreement, we also accept a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due latest before the goods leave our premises.
- If you collect the goods, you can pay in our store with cash or with an EC cash card.
- Please be aware that a deposit has to be made prior to us ordering any items we do not stock.

Please be aware that when paying outstanding payments via cash on delivery that the maximum cash on delivery value of €3,000 is not exceeded. Should the balance be higher then the difference must be paid latest before the goods leave our site. - cash on delivery
Payment via cash on delivery is only applicable within Germany and only for stock items which are additionally marked with "cash on delivery". Furthermore to pay with cash on delivery, ALL items on the order must be applicable for cash on delivery i.e. fulfil the previously mentioned criteria.
A forwarding fee of 2.00 Euros will be charged by the delivery service DHL (not charged if the parcel cannot be delivered) which the customer has to pay directly to the delivery service. - credit card
