Also vorab: Wir sind mit dem Toilettensitz sehr zufrieden. Die Lieferung kam sehr schnell, die Ware war sehr gut verpackt (dies rechtfertigt m.E. auch die Zusatzkosten für Handling und Verpackung). Das Produkt entspricht voll und ganz den Erwartungen. Nun haben wir allerdings eine Toilette von 2004. Und der angebote Toilettensitz mit dem Montageset läßt sich nicht ohne Änderungen montieren. Dies habe ich bei dem extem kompetenten Kundendienst von Ideal Standard erfahren. Die Gewindestange muss gekürzt werden. Dann kann der Sitz ohne Probleme montiert werden. Ideal Standard hat uns darüber hinaus auch noch ein "Dübelset" zugesendet, damit der Sitz optimal sitzt.

Ohne Worte ist hier nur plakativ gemeint. Ich habe einige Worte zu verlieren.
Ich habe noch NIE im Internet bestellte Ware so schnell erhalten. Unglaublich. Dabei ist ein WC-Deckel kein 08/15 Produkt wie beispielsweise ein Buch oder eine CD. Am 08.09. um 14:09 Uhr bestellt, war bereits um 15:04 Uhr eine Versandnachricht im E-Mail-Eingang. Heute, am 10.09., klingelte der DHL-Mann am frühen Vormittag und übergab mir die Ware. Großzügig und sicher verpackt. So schnell hat nicht mal mein Sanitärmann das WC anschrauben können. Unterm Strich 105 Euro günstiger, als das Angebot meines Sanitärmannes. Ich bin rundherum zufrieden. Besten Dank ! Gern bestelle ich erneut bei Ihnen!
General advice:
- Payment method 100% in advance applies for deliveries outside of Germany. After a personal agreement, we also accept a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due latest before the goods leave our premises.
- If you collect the goods, you can pay in our store with cash or with an EC cash card.
- Please be aware that a deposit has to be made prior to us ordering any items we do not stock.

Please be aware that when paying outstanding payments via cash on delivery that the maximum cash on delivery value of €3,000 is not exceeded. Should the balance be higher then the difference must be paid latest before the goods leave our site. - cash on delivery
Payment via cash on delivery is only applicable within Germany and only for stock items which are additionally marked with "cash on delivery". Furthermore to pay with cash on delivery, ALL items on the order must be applicable for cash on delivery i.e. fulfil the previously mentioned criteria.
A forwarding fee of 2.00 Euros will be charged by the delivery service DHL (not charged if the parcel cannot be delivered) which the customer has to pay directly to the delivery service. - credit card
