General advice:

Payment method 100% in advance applies for deliveries outside of Germany. After a personal agreement, we also accept a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due latest before the goods leave our premises.
If you collect the goods, you can pay in our store with cash or with an EC cash card.
Please be aware that a deposit has to be made prior to us ordering any items we do not stock.

Payment via cash on delivery is only applicable within Germany and only for stock items which are additionally marked with "cash on delivery". Furthermore to pay with cash on delivery, ALL items on the order must be applicable for cash on delivery i.e. fulfil the previously mentioned criteria.
A forwarding fee of 2.00 Euros will be charged by the delivery service DHL (not charged if the parcel cannot be delivered) which the customer has to pay directly to the delivery service.

The Kaldewei Fontana 565-2 shower tray attracts with its exceptional design and its space-saving shape. Thanks to the large standing area, the quadrant shower tray offers plenty of room to move when showering.

The rectangular Kaldewei Fontana 565-2 shower tray is made of 3.5 mm steel enamel. The manufacturer gives a 30- Year Guarantee on all baths and shower trays made of Kaldewei steel-enamel. All Kaldewei baths and shower trays are made in Germany.

Perl-Effekt:

The water and dirt repelling surface, pearl effect, provides an additional finish for Kaldewei steel-enamel. The coating is permanently burned into the steel-enamel bath. Water simply runs off the smooth surface as it cannot find any resistance. Dirt and lime-scale particles are encased in the water droplets and simply rinsed away. This provides for hygiene beyond comparison as bacteria do not have a chance to settle. After use, the bath is simply wiped clean with a damp cloth and will shine like new again.
