We deliver via parcel services or forwarders of our choice (only insured delivery). You will receive information by e-mail as soon as your goods are passed to the forwarder or UPS.
You also have the possibility to collect your order personally from our warehouse.

We deliver to all EU countries and to Switzerland daily. There is a 35 Euro customs fee for deliveries to Switzerland. The invoice can be created without showing the German value added tax. You only have to pay the 7.6% Swiss import tax. Delivery costs for all other countries have to be requested separately.
Please be aware that a tax-free intra-community delivery for new customers is only possible with a net product value of 1000 Euros and that an additional order processing fee of 65 Euros will be raised. As part of the verification of your specified VAT-ID, we require your company letterhead including the name of the company, the company address, the company registration as well as the vat numbers.
