1986 Bernd Reuter founded the company Bernd Reuter Heizung und Sanitär and started with one apprentice
1990 Opening of the new erected business premises Sohlweg 61 in the Niederkrüchten business park
1994 Change of name to Reuter Heizung & Sanitär GmbH
Opening of an approx. 150m² bathroom showroom
1999 Opening of the approx. 500m² bathroom showroom; in Niederkrüchten Dam, Business Park, Gewerbering 2
2003 Opening of a bathroom studio with high quality Italien bathroom ceramics in the centre of Mönchengladbach
2004 Expansion of the sales area via the internet with the online shop www.reuter-badshop.de
2005 Conversion of the approx. 500m² Niederkrüchten showroom, expansion of the sales and logistics area to approx. 1000m² in Niederkrüchten
2006 Start of the online shop for bathroom accessories under the domain www.reuter-badboutique.de.
Conversion of the studio in Mönchengladbach to a bath boutique.
Start of a further online shop for high quality Italian design products under the domain www.reuter-designbad.de
2007 Opening of a further showroom in Freiburg (Gundelfingen).
2008 Opening of a new showroom with approx. 2000 m² in Mönchengladbach. Opening of an approx. 1000 m² direct sale store in Niederkrüchten-Dam Business Park.
reuter-badshop is the first online shop for sanitary products and radiators with a Trusted Shops customer protection guarantee of up to 20,000 EUR per purchase.
2009 Relocation of the main warehouse to the new Logistic Centre. Larger selection and faster delivery: The new 10,000-m² warehouse offers a storage space for more than 500,000 items, which are available immediately. Also new is the possibility of cash payment upon collection.
The company Reuter currently employs more than 100 people in sales, accounts, planning (via an interior designer), dispatch and in the computer department.
