We have a goal to make shopping an experience for our customers - easy, safe and low-prices. "We" are over 150 employees of the company Reuter. We operate in various areas such as customer services, sales, distribution, IT, administration and marketing ensuring that our customer demands are fulfilled.

In our job we always focus on customer satisfaction. The service concept is evident: from competent specialist advice in the showroom and on the helpline, in the wide range and intuitive service offered online, followed by high modern logistics to guarantee a quick ordering procedure. We not only wish to maintain these quality standards but continue to improve these for our customers, for customer satisfaction is the best proof that we are doing things right.

We are especially proud of the development the company has undergone in the last 25 years. Starting off as a classic trading company, the managing director Bernd Reuter together with a steady growing team of motivated and creative employees, continually took on new approaches. And so the company Reuter started 2004 as one of the first in the sanitary branch with online sales of bathroom products. In the meantime, with this courage and great joy to innovate, Reuter has grown to be one of the most favourite specialist and online trader for bathroom culture and plumbing products.

The basis of our success is the ability to react quickly to changing market requirements. The customer of today finds information from one source and purchases or orders from another. Our customers can combine both channels thanks to our multi-channel concept with local stores and an online shop and choose which one suits their requirements best.

The optimal implementation and consistent development of this concept we conceive as being a challenge and chance to grow with new tasks. Thanks to flat hierarchies, every member of staff has the opportunity to take on responsibility and add their own ideas to help us move forward. Rely On Over 25 Years of Experience

Come and time travel with us and find out how a small plumbing company became one of the most popular and largest specialised online traders for bathroom culture in Europe.

In 1986, Bernd Reuter founded the trading company Bernd Reuter Heizung und Sanitär with just one apprentice. The company grew and thrived and in 1984 it was renamed Reuter Heizung & Sanitär GmbH. The first Reuter showroom for plumbing products opened the same year in Niederkrüchten. In the following years, step by step, the change from a classic trading company
to a competent specialist bathroom and plumbing trading company continued.

In 2004, Reuter recognised the sign of the times and as one of the first in its branch started the online sale of bathroom products. With overwhelming success which lead to a rapid growth of the company, which is why Bernd Reuter decided to professionalise the online business. So in 2005 a 1,000 sqm distribution centre was built in Niederkrüchten, which however was soon to become too small.

In 2009, the Reuter main warehouse moves to a new, highly modern logistics centre. In 10,000 sqm over 500,000 products find their place and are available immediately. Reuter sets new standards also with the 2,000 sqm large showroom in the historical Kühlenhof in Mönchengladbach. And the company continues to expand. Currently, alongside the bathroom products, the range comprises of living accessories and exclusive designer lamps. Meanwhile, with this concept, the company Reuter has developed into one of the most popular and largest specialised online traders for bathroom culture in Europe.
